ITC Hotels reported a 20.5% increase in its consolidated net profit at ₹257 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2025. The company had posted a profit of ₹215 crore for the same quarter last fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations also advanced 4.5% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹1,061 crore for Q4 FY25 as compared to ₹215 crore in Q4 FY24.

Its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter under review were seen at ₹413 crore, rising 8.4% YoY from ₹380.6 crore in the corresponding quarter the previous year. Its margin also rose 38.9% as against 37.5% YoY.

ITC Hotels' board has also approved capital expenditure for the construction of a new hotel in Andhra Pradesh’s Visakhapatnam for ₹328 crore. The proposed hotel will consist of an estimated 200 rooms, and the construction is expected to be completed by 2029.

At present, the company does not own any hotel in Visakhapatnam. It manages two hotels in the city under the management contracts viz. Welcomhotel Devee Grand Bay with approximately 104 keys and Fortune in Sree Kanya (through a wholly owned subsidiary) with 68 keys approx.

ITC Hotels, after listing on the bourses, said it plans to expand its portfolio to over 200 hotels over the next five years. At present, it operates a bouquet of over 140 properties with over 13,000 keys in more than 90 locations.

Following the earnings announcement, shares of ITC Hotels were trading 0.62% higher at ₹203.20 apiece on the National Stock Exchange.

Post demerger, ITC holds 40% ownership of ITC Hotels, and ITC shareholders acquired the remaining 60% in proportion to their stake in ITC Limited.

ITC Hotels shares were listed on the stock exchanges BSE and NSE on January 29, 2025.

This week, on May 13, ITC Hotels said it would expand its presence by running its first 'Mementos' brand property at Siliguri in West Bengal. The company has signed a management agreement with LR Berlia Group, which has developed the property near Bagdogra airport in north Bengal.
