About D B Realty
D B Realty Limited is a leading real estate developer in India focused on residential, commercial, retail and other projects.
The Mumbai-based company boasts of an expanding portfolio comprising about more than 100 million sq ft of prime property across 35 exclusive projects. Most of the projects are based in and around Mumbai and are under various stages of planning and construction.
D B Realty Ltd was incorporated on January 8, 2007, as a public limited company. The company received a certificate for commencement of business on February 28, 2007. On May 14, 2007, the company was converted into a private company and the name was changed to DB Realty Pvt Ltd. Subsequently, the company was again converted to a public company and the name was changed to D B Realty Ltd on September 5, 2009.
The shares of the company were listed on BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India in February 2010. As of December 2023, D B Realty’s market capitalisation stood at ₹9,194 crore. D B Realty share price has surged almost 12 times in the past three years.
Business operations
D B Realty’s business is divided mainly into residential, commercial and retail segments. The residential portfolio covers projects catering to customers across all income groups. In the commercial portfolio, the company builds and sells customised office space as per the requirements of buyers. The retail portfolio includes development of shops in select locations. A few other projects of the company include mass housing and cluster redevelopment projects.

Pandora Projects: Pandora Projects Private Limited is a Mumbai-based real estate company that is undertaking the development of a prime land parcel in South Mumbai jointly with DB Realty and Prestige Estates.
Ten BKC: Strategically located at one of the most coveted locations in Mumbai, Bandra Kurla Complex, the residences at Ten BKC boast of unmatched connectivity and an assortment of hand-picked amenities.
Rustomjee Crown – Prabhadevi: The prime location, sprawling spaces and breathtaking views of the skyline and shoreline are some of the highlights of this residential project.
DB Skypark: This residential project is situated at the centre of the hospitality district of Mumbai and is a 5-minute drive away from the Mumbai International Airport.
DB Ozone, Dahisar: This is an affordable residential home project spread over 14 acres located off the Western Expressway.
One Mahalaxmi: The 3-acre residential project has an elevated garden at podium with world class amenities.
Orchid Suburbia – Kandivali: Orchid Suburbia is a 6-tower residential complex in Kandivali. The 21-storey towers comprise 2- and 3-BHK flats and a common landscaped podium garden.
DB Woods Goregaon: One of the tallest towers in the Mumbai suburbs, DB Woods offers a range of flat configurations in the three residential towers in this complex that have 55 storeys each.
